Scope of Service:
Project Manager
§ Responsible for the project management including assurance that project is in scope and on schedule.
§ Responsible for working closely with the stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify application requirements, assess gaps, roles and data.
§ Act as technical lead for the project. This includes
o Working with the vendor and the DoITT information utility team to successfully implement and deploy the solution in a DoITT hosted environment.
o Working with the stakeholder agencies to ensure successful installation of bar code workstations and successful migration of existing data into the new system.
§ Co-ordinate training sessions for stakeholder agency personnel to ensure successful launch of the inventory management process.
